What am I buying?

A one-time live entertainment action for the current show. Purchases have no cash value and do not create a prize, wager, investment, or guaranteed game outcome.

What is the refund policy?

Live actions are final once fulfilled because they cannot be returned. Duplicate charges, technical errors, cancelled shows, and paid actions that are not delivered are eligible for review. Contact @saveKEKE within seven days with the purchase email and username.

When will my action happen?

Jigsaw performs actions at the next workable break in the live show. Timing may be adjusted to keep the room safe and the game fair. If an action cannot be delivered in that show, we will offer an equivalent future action or a refund.

What can Jigsaw refuse?

Abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, unlawful, or disruptive requests can be refused. If a paid action is refused before fulfillment, it will be refunded. Jigsaw's rulings are final for entertainment gameplay.

What information is kept?

We retain the submitted username, selected action, fulfillment status, and Stripe transaction reference to operate the show and resolve payment questions. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored here.

Who can participate?

The experience is intended for adults 18+. Participation is voluntary and subject to the live platform's rules. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
